Our Creative Circles 2026 calendar
Hello dear friends! We have two circles this Winter season.
The circles are wonderful compliments to the work practiced in our Collection Series. We are exploring the beauty and soulful benefits of hand sewing through magical projects connected to special moments of the season.
These creative circles welcome the whole family! We ask for a contribution of $20/child 4 and older.
Sewing Circle-February
Bring your family to our garden and sew in community! This creative circle will warm you and your child up to the joy of sewing with your hands. We will explore some basic and novelty stitches, fiber art, and rich storytelling as we create a small project together that connects to the season.
What to bring for our February Circle:
-blank journal and pencils (1 per family is plenty)
-We are accepting donations of embroidery floss, wool yarns, wool roving and interesting patches of fabrics/laces or papers-If you have any of these on hand feel free to bring along!
-You are welcome to bring some beloved children’s books and any gently used clothing to swap at the end with the other families.
-Our classes are “Family Style” (4 and up, but little siblings are welcome to enjoy our garden and play spaces.)
-Since our program is “family style,” we encourage learning from one another, therfore, active caregiver participation is asked of you. This is a space intended to offer a bonding experience for the whole family and tighten our woven community.
Come and breathe easy, your family deserves this magical time to slow down together.
$20 contribution for any child 4 and older/ PEP receipt can be provided upon request.
